    my diet plan...please review

    status:
    25
    5'8
    180 pounds
    14% fat (abs almost showing)
natural (did a few cycles a few years ago...not going to do it again)
goal: to gain muscle and lose fat, in 6 months to be around 185 pounds, with maximum 10% fat.

nuitrition: total 2600 calories per day
300g carbs (only about 60 of them from simple sugars)
    230g proteins
    55g fats
    5 meals a day, one post-workout drink
    workouts: 6 times a week
    shoulders/trapz
    upperback/biceps
    chest/rear shoulders
    biceps/lower back
    triceps/calves
    thighs/hams

any comments or review from experts is appreciated. is the 6 month goal realistic, considering im doing this natural. im a good muscle gainer (not a hard gainer).
    thanks

Yup post a diet. You cannot lose fat and gain muscle at the same time without AAS. However if you do a nice lean bulk you can gain LBM which will in turn lower your overall BF%. But not the both of them at the same time.
