Hey guys.

Ok, right now I am working to maintain muscle mass and to lean up a little bit. I am doing cardio 4X a week at a length of 30 minutes. I am weight training 5 days a week.

I compiled this diet and I think that I am eating to little. However, I just dont know what to do! I went to Bodybuilding.com and calculated BMR and it said 2097, ok thats fine. Then it said for a person with my activity level that I should consume 3700 cals a day, and this is for a dieting athlete!

Here is my current diet, please give me any advice on where I should add calories or if I should add any at all. Keep in mind also I do have a cheat day one time a week on Saturdays which usually contains pizza, candy, and things of that nature. Some things that don't help build muscle but I like them. I am also a person who tends to hold more fat and have a harder time burning it, but perhaps this is because I don't eat enough to LOSE weight let alone GAIN weight.

2 Whole eggs ---200 cals, 20g protein, 0g carbs, 7.5g fat
4 Egg Whites ---66 cals, 14g protein, 0g carbs, 0 fat
½ Cup of Oatmeal ---133 cals, 4.5g protein, 30 carbs, 1g fat

Meal 2

2 Scoops Protein Powder --- 220 cals, 45g protein, 5 carbs, 3g fat
5 Natural Rice Cakes --- 150cals, 3.5g protein, 30g carbs, 1.5g fat

Meal 3
12:00PM

1 Chicken Breast --- 150 cals, 30g protein, 0 carbs, 3g fat
½ Package Uncle Bens Rice --- 224 cals, 5.1g protein, 45g carbs, 2.9g fat
1Tbs Peanut Butter --- 90cals, 4g protein, 3g carbs, 8g fat

Meal 4

1 Chicken Breast --- 150 cals, 30g protein, 0 carbs, 3g fat
½ Package Uncle Bens Rice --- 224 cals, 5.1g protein, 45g carbs, 2.9g fat

1Tbs Peanut Butter --- 90cals, 4g protein, 3g carbs, 8g fat

1 Scoop Protein Powder --- 110 cals, 22.5g protein, 2.5 carbs, 1.5g fat
