Cottage cheese with a little jelly and no sugar addded chocolate milk
One word, SALSA. That will spice up any old egg. If that's to much just use some hot sauce. Mild, cuz the heat will give a bit of a kick anyway.
I've started mixing fresh fruit (usually bananas, strawberries and blueberries), plain yougurt and granola together. like you I was getting tired of cooking eggs every morning, so my girlfriend suggested I try her breakfast.
It's actually pretty good and just to make sure I am getting enough protein I slam a double scoop shake with skim milk with it. it's fast, tasty and makes a helluva nice lookin turd ! ;)

i have had egg whites and cream of wheat (mixed together w/ salt n pepper) and it was awesome for a while. but of course, after 5 weeks it got old...so i think im back to egg whites and oatmeal for a while
protein pancakes, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop protein powder, mix witha spoon, and cook in a pan, add some SF jam, or a small amount of natty peanut butter to them.
You can make then and put them in the fridge for later date. Just pop em in the toaster.
