    Bulking PWO shake

    Im a pretty hard gainer, so this is what im gonna start doing PWO,PPWO then right before bed
    PWO SHAKE- 1 serving Cytogain weight gainer, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, alittle water(or milk havnt tried it yet) n make a shake

    PPWO meal- 5 eggshardboiled made into eggsalad on whole grain bread

    About an hour before bed 6 oz of grilled chicken

    Im hoping this helps me add some mass, all my other areas r in check, but i was lagging PWO and night times

    for your shake you wanna keep the fat as low as possible. just use some whey and carbs. I've had the best result with dextrose with my shake. I tried to use fruit but got word that it isnt the best. Just have your shake and double the dex (50p 100carbs for example)

    PPWO- again pro/carb here go with lean protein and low gi carbs like brown rice.

    your before bed make it pro/fat like cottage cheese, peanut butter, oil along with your protein

    Slam some skim too, but yeah ditch the ice cream

    Breakfast 4 eggs, 2 pieces whole grain, n a bowl of protein cereal
    about an hour 1/2 later one scoop whey, 5 grams mono
    then 1 can tuna on rye bread
    then about 6-8 oz xhicken or lean ground beef
    here i like to get pro/carb cause its pre workout
    i workout here then what i posted, its alittle low in cals
