New cutter starting in Feb 1st !!
got offerd to do a shoot for a male swimsuit catalog in April !!!!!, i eat pretty clean as is im about 188 lbs sitting around 10-12 % bf i gotta be down in the single digets for the shoot prolly aroud 7-8%
meal 1- 12 eggwhites/1 cup oats
meal 2- 1 can tuna/1 tbls flax
meal 3- 1 can tuna/5 fish caps
PWO- 2 scoop whey/ 1/2 cup oats
meal 4- 8oz chicken/ 1 cup Brown rice
meal 5- 8oz chicken/ 1 tbls flax
meal 6- 2 scoop whey/ 1 tbls all natty PB
i will cut out all shakes 3 weeks out and change all meat to fish and change from PB to olive oil in meal 6..
Cals- 2,724
Fat-43------pluse im getting fat from the meat and oats

why would you be cutting out the shakes? Isn't that a great source of easy protien and exspecially easy if on the go?

hahahah, thanks for the approvel guys, i got contacted by a local model promoter at the gym these scouts just walk into all the gym aound town and offer you a chance i dont have to pay for pictuers so thats good i just gotta be ripped and tan by April, i know it seems a little weird for people just to ealk around in gyms to look for people, so i asked and they said well the gym is were you find the bodies we want, they offerd 1 other dude a chance and 1 girl as well

Yup I like my one cup oats/skim milk/40g whey pwo shake its working nicely so far. Kurz- start bulking monday or tuesday of next week so I'll be there

yeah i need to add some veggies for sure, also i was thinking of useing DEX for my PWO
2 scoop whey/ 80g DEX cus this diet is just too low in carbs for me

you guys think the switch to DEX would be a better choice the diet will hit ard 200 grams of carbs with the DEX instead of oats

I would use the dex instead of oats PWO.
I personally couldn't go with no carbs pre workout.

dont forget that the sugar from milk counts toward your carb if you were to use skim milk..even though seems like you have been persuaded towards dext

m trying to thin of a way to use milk i really dont wanna pack it in a cooler, yea its strict bt i'll be good a good friend of mine said to actually ditch the PWO drink and just have whey after my workout and have the PPWO meal but add strawberry's and a litte honey in meal 1

Hey guys. I like the look of this diet, but i have a slightly different schedule in that I can't make it to the gym until after 4pm, with my preference being at 6pm. That said, how would moving meal 5 up to fall between meal 2 and 3 sound? I also might be trying to add in Clen .

yeah im gonna take the creatine out 2 wees out from shoot, and Solarosh dont compy my diet you looser make ur own building diets like thses take work its not something you just put togather, it tae knowing your body and craming macros !!!!!! so do it yourself !!!
