    New cutter starting in Feb 1st !!

    got offerd to do a shoot for a male swimsuit catalog in April !!!!!, i eat pretty clean as is im about 188 lbs sitting around 10-12 % bf i gotta be down in the single digets for the shoot prolly aroud 7-8%

    meal 1- 12 eggwhites/1 cup oats

    meal 2- 1 can tuna/1 tbls flax

    meal 3- 1 can tuna/5 fish caps

    PWO- 2 scoop whey/ 1/2 cup oats

    meal 4- 8oz chicken/ 1 cup Brown rice

    meal 5- 8oz chicken/ 1 tbls flax

    meal 6- 2 scoop whey/ 1 tbls all natty PB

    i will cut out all shakes 3 weeks out and change all meat to fish and change from PB to olive oil in meal 6..

    Cals- 2,724
    Fat-43------pluse im getting fat from the meat and oats
    Carbs- 150
    Pro- 324

    Looks pretty good as for the kcals just keep an eyes on your weight and the kcal ratio you know what I mean your not a rookie to the game. Also johan lives by Vitamin C and others say that mega doses of around 8-10 grams seems to get their energy up, FAT DOWN and other benifits check out the vit c thread in the supps. Also congrats on the offer

    why would you be cutting out the shakes? Isn't that a great source of easy protien and exspecially easy if on the go?

    The protein is good but when cutting whole foods help keep the full feeling.

    Howd u get the offer? Just walkin down the road and get grabbed aside? Looks good but why only 1/2 cup oats PWO? I would do 1/2 cup breakfast..1 cup PWO but thats me. Good luck on the shoot

    hahahah, thanks for the approvel guys, i got contacted by a local model promoter at the gym these scouts just walk into all the gym aound town and offer you a chance i dont have to pay for pictuers so thats good i just gotta be ripped and tan by April, i know it seems a little weird for people just to ealk around in gyms to look for people, so i asked and they said well the gym is were you find the bodies we want, they offerd 1 other dude a chance and 1 girl as well

    cutting shakes will give you a little less bloat and when your trying to get down to single digit BF you dont need bloat

    mmmmm interesting see my PWO shake is on the go, im in my car driving to see people after my workouts, so cugging down 1 cup of oats would be a bitch but if you guys think its a better approch then why the hell not ????

    Yup I like my one cup oats/skim milk/40g whey pwo shake its working nicely so far. Kurz- start bulking monday or tuesday of next week so I'll be there

    yeah i need to add some veggies for sure, also i was thinking of useing DEX for my PWO

    2 scoop whey/ 80g DEX cus this diet is just too low in carbs for me

    you guys think the switch to DEX would be a better choice the diet will hit ard 200 grams of carbs with the DEX instead of oats

    I would use the dex instead of oats PWO.

    I personally couldn't go with no carbs pre workout.

    you think so ??? the boys at the gym say i should have no problem gettin down to 8-9 % useing DEX right now i only do cardio 1 time a week and im a 12% so i think i'll be ok useing the DEX since i'll be bumping cardio up a bit more........hey who is that girl in your avvy matrixguy???

    hhahaha hell yeah i like she is banggin bruh, i will run the bleachers by my house at the high school football feild on M TH F an on wednesday and Saturday i will hit the bike at the gym no cardio on tuesday because its leg day and i always take sunday off

    dont forget that the sugar from milk counts toward your carb if you were to use skim milk..even though seems like you have been persuaded towards dext

    i wouldnt mind useing milk i use to use milk but like i said im on the go after my workouts so milk is out of the question i cant really carry mik with me ya know??

    m trying to thin of a way to use milk i really dont wanna pack it in a cooler, yea its strict bt i'll be good a good friend of mine said to actually ditch the PWO drink and just have whey after my workout and have the PPWO meal but add strawberry's and a litte honey in meal 1

    Hey guys. I like the look of this diet, but i have a slightly different schedule in that I can't make it to the gym until after 4pm, with my preference being at 6pm. That said, how would moving meal 5 up to fall between meal 2 and 3 sound? I also might be trying to add in Clen .

    hahahah hey guys quit giveing me a hard time !!!! im only like 2 weeks into this thing and im already choking tuna down, fuggin gross i hate tuna, and i gotta go outta twon on wednesay to pick up my new ride, and im also in the process of moveing uuuuuuuuuurgggggggggg, im bout to chop someone up im getting cranky !!!!!!! and for some odd reason im horny as hell !!!!!!
