Currently in my first week, and I eat pretty clean as it is and have been for quite some time...
Average Day
Morning- Oatmeal or Scramb Eggs
Lunch - 2 Chicken Breasts
Snack - Prot Shake
Snack - Some Cold Cuts
Dinner - Lean Meat and Veggies
Nite - Shake or Small Snack and cup of coffee
What are some good Ideas for snacks? What else Do I need to work on or add? This was my typical diet before any AS - do I need to up my calories?
