What type of vegetables and how much per day?
Hey bros,
What type of vegetables are the best to take in either for cutting or bulking, and how many should be taken in?

I'd say eat plenty of salad, Broccoli and Spinach.

onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato's (yeah i know its really a fruit) cauli flower and broccoli for me

Im always keep it to spinach, broccoli and any type of lettuce (except Iceburg). Peppers and tomato's have a high sugar content so I personally stay away from them

You can't go wrong with veggies or fruit bro......
onions, yams, broc, cauli, zucchinni, radishes, romaine
bananas, apples, mangos...........
