Been debating this with a dude from the gym for a while (yes, it's dumb)....what is the serving size of shelled peanuts? 2 are usually in a shell, so is the caloires based per peanut? lol - it must be friday.
seriosly - 1 shelled peanut = nutrient / caloric value?
How do these compare to almonds?
I've said 22-24 almonds are a serving 14g fat
while 10 shelled peanuts is a serving = 16g fat.......
