How much do you cheat in your cheat meals?
Just looking for what other people are doing. My vice is pizza and I love to have two slices from a place by my house as my cheat meal.

daily............just got done with a small chicken supreme and an order of breadsticks myself..........worshed it down with a 32oz diet coke........
I had three slices of pizza last night but I usually only do pizza once a month and i usually cheat once to twice a week for myself with just anything that sounds good at the moment.
As much sloppy joe sandwiches as possible with 2% milk...
Doin a cheat meal this weekend and Im going to eat whatever I want...excluding stuff with transfat...
A big ass CHIPOTLE burrito is my weakness.
Had one last night while watching true fags on MTV
Peanutt butter is my main weakness
I forgot about the burrito, I lov Moe's burrito's.....now im starving
PB , chipotle??? Cmon.....those are everyday staples!!! I used to have a big ass burrito post workout daily........
Pb isn't good when trying to cut atleast not for myself
I grab the natty pb when cheating and just whatever sounds good..chipotle burritos..enchalatas etc
i hope you guys are talking about bulking, as for cheating, do you replace a meal while bulking or do you just shove it in there? Instead of dinner tonight (ppwo) i had like 7-8 pieces of pizza and a little piece of chocolate (stil tryin to stretch my stomach so i can get in 12 egg whites in the morning, only just today got 8 down fairly easy)...and yesturday i ate mcdonalds for lunch....other than that ive been completely clean..

it's perfectly fine, esp. with your current wt. and goals....1 cheat meal a day during the bulk, 1 cheat day every 2-3 weeks during a cut....my .02Quote:

and when I cheat I do it proper. None of this clean carbup bullshit :lol: I would go crasy doing that, I dont have the discipline. Candy is like crack and carb whitdrawal aint a pretty sight.
I cheat once a day usually when I bulk, but it's not crazy. It's a couple of pb and j's, glass or two of wine with the girl or beers with the guys (usally once a week max), some burgers from BK, a subway, etc....ways to get in additional calories, without getting crazy.
When I cut, I nix everything. No more fruit, bread, pasta, etc.........esp. junk. But, once every 14-21 days, I have an all out smorgishboard, usually a buffet followed by a nice dinner, deserts, etc. So cutting = 1 day, bulking 5-6 times a week..........
