Cottage cheese
I have begun eating cottage cheese in my last meal before bed. Which would be the best to eat. Since i am looking for some fat and protein would it be better to eat shole cottage cheese 1% or 2% or does it not really matter? I take some whay with flax along with it.

most say full fat...are you cutting/bulking?

cutting, my diet needs a little more fat though

Id say just start out with the 2% and if you dont get good results then go down to 1%. And if you still dont get good results then it may be that you are sensitive to dairy, and may have to cut it out totally.
