Whey + Peanut Butter

Hey,
I've heard some people say that if you don't like the taste of your protein powder then peanut butter should be added. How do you go about doing this, do you just mash it together dry?

what i do is make a shake. after i added the water to the whey and mixed. then i add a spoon full of yummy PB. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! mix again and snort, i mean drink.

All natural Peanut butter would be best. You can find it at local health stores or GNC even sells one that I like.

yep, make sure its natty. Regular isn't too great for you all that processed oil
