I am on creatine and cycle of test only 500mg a week. I aim for 30-40 grams of protein each meal. I read body can only obsorbe that much at a time. Give that number i would get 240-340 grams of protein. More then enough. I also work in some veggies and small salads to get my greens in and take a multi vit each morning.
