Just had a baby... need diet help
Hey guys i'm posting this thread for my sister who recently had a kid. She is currently going to the gym at 9 am, she does 30 min on treadmill, 10 min on some type of pedalling machine, and 5 min on the eliptical - and then little bit of weights and crunches.
Can you guys give a good diet to help her, Example: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, supper, snack, sleep.

tell her first and foremost to eat healthy since any shit she eats will get into her tits and she doesnt want her kid to consume that. Kids needs lots of saturated fats so tell her not to be paranoid about butter and red meat.
What is her goals, weight ect??

the last post was assuming the kid is still breast feeding.
