Ok, i hate eating tuna like some other members.... but i have recently found a Paul Newmans sauce to add to it that makes it nice to eat. Although its a pro/fat meal i feel it may be too high in saturated fat. I only have 1 tablespoon. What do you think? Should i stay away?
