I eat my tuna with a couple tbs of natty PB mixed in. Tastes great and gets rid of the fishy taste!

Be a man and eat it with boiled rice and wash it down with a glass of water.........maybe just mix in some onion for an extra special treat

this is what I would worry about
Vegetable Oil (Soybean Oil and/or Canola Oil),
canola oil is the dirtiest shit anyone can consume. But a little here and there wont kill you.

I drink it
other than that I mix it with rice and soy sauce or do a tuna salad. I pretty much hate tuna but those 3 ways I can stomach it.
if you just use a bit of that sauce you mentioned you are good to go

But I can't anymore. The mere sight or smell of canned tuna makes me wanna puke.
Now if I need to ingest tuna, I blender it with water and a few drops of louisiana red hot and chug it while holding my nose!

way to go red but try it with cola light instead.

Tuna mixed with A1 steak sauce! No fish taste what so ever.

I usually just eat tuna with natty bputter or use kraft real mayo (1tbsp) and some hot sauce (i use louisiana hot sauce)....neither are bad at all...both take out the fishy taste...

I like just a little relish in mine, i find it masks the fishy taste almost completely. Then i choke it down and follow with some water. So good for me but god i hate the taste.
