Sorry for those dieting, but I forgot what it felt like to really bulk....today it was Craker barrel, 5 egg omlette, turkey dogs, bacon, bizquits and gravy............quiznoos steak and cheese wih a bag of doritos for lunch, pw shake was oats, milk, pudding mix and now going to outback for that fing blooming onion, steak, potatoes, etc......
that will be at 630pm, night is still young.................oh, and 3 myoplex's MRP in beween each meal so my protein is up.....
next week, it's a clean bulking diet, but no more of this 1/2 cup, 1/2 piece..garbage....2 cups of oats, triple decker PB sandwhiches, subways, beef,beef, beef......If I cant cut the fat in spring, f-it....I'll starve it off.'s really like to be on a true bulker....this morning was heaven!
