Had a question about coffee
Whats up bro's alot of great info here .I Had a question about cuting and coffee .Is it alright to have coffe after you lift or run .Now I know its great before you lift or run but I drink Starbucks like crazy like all the time .And if Im not hiting Starbucks Im on it at home .So is this going to mess anything up as far as cuting and keeping as much mass as possable ??My diet is in total check and my water intake is great as well. other than that is there anything wrong with drinking coffee after you lift or run to keep your body burning cals ?Thanks Anthony

What kind of Starbucks you drink? I drink Black coffee (Nescafe, Starbucks etc) all the time whether I'm bulking, cutting, before and after the workout and cardio (about 8 cups daily) and never had a problem with it.
If you drink the sweetened ones with cream etc (mocha etc) then watch for the sugar, other than that, don't worry.

Thanks bro uhmm no I drink the Americano with splenda and half and half .Im real strick on my diet so I dont beat myself up to bad over the half and half Anyways good to know that there wont be to much of a problem after workouts and cardio ,I think I was worried that it would mess up recovery or something plus Im board so thought I would ask .Peace Anthony

To the original poster. I dont se any problem with a cup of coffe with skim milk in it along with a pro carb meal. But dont chug down 5 of those a day cause each tiny thing adds upp.
Black coffe on the other hand you can go hogwild on without a problem.
