sugar in sweet potatoes?
In short, is the sugar in sweet potatoes something to worry about? Should they be avoided for that reason just like any other food with excess sugar?

no its nothing to worry about in my opinion...i eat sweat potatoes everyday but i also add in spenda brown sugar...i also take 200mg of r-la first just so i can get away with eating that sugar.

I added splenda and just a lil bit of brown sugar yesterday.I think thats fine
