Keto and Clen
I've read in numerous threads how Clen works best with a high protein/ moderate carbs/ low fat diet...
But I'm a big fan of CKD having used it with quite good results for some time now so I am hoping if someone can educate me on the science behind why clen is not optimal for keto diets...
Anyone with a clue?

I'd like to know more about this too. But here's a thread you may be interested in that I started last month.

unless you're morbidly obese, I would stear clear of keto diets. Other wise you're just gonna lose a lot of muscle. Clen and a sensible diet with cardio is more than enough to lose fat.

No offense Beerbaron bro...
I'm not morbidly obese... and I did try CKD not too long ago with good results... lost about 3kg is a month without losing significant amount of strength...
I think if people lose a lot of muscle with keto, it's because they don't carb up right... It is extremely difficult to have 12 carb meals a day for 2 days (a carb meal every 2 hours)...
