Is bologna a good source of protein that I can use in my sandwiches that I can bring to work?
I know turkey and chicken sandwiches are good, but I want to try to mix it up sometimes. Is bologna OK?

Well since no one answered I am going to put in my 2 cents.
No, it sucks as something you want to be eating.
Why? It probably has the lowest Bio Available protein source compares to Chicken. Fish, Whey or even Milk.
Way too much fat and even worse on salt. I don't think that turkey lunch meat is much better as it has all those fillers and salt in it.
It would be better than not eating I suppose but in my unprofessional opinion I would not touch it.
Plus if makes your breath stink :)
Bump, for more answers and opinions

EWWWW bolgna.
I wouldnt feed that garbage to my dog
Bologna is like pig A55 and Lips and ish lol
I usually eat 2-3 slices of it/day right now, and I think its a great fat source. It's very fast to eat and if you pound 2 slices you got almost 200 cals right there. Hate it or love it, to build muscle we need calories, and when your calorie requirements start getting higher, in the 5 or 6000 range, some days you just cant eat 100% clean. You could be eating alot worse than bologni, go for it
F*ck no.

not too much worse.....maybe hot dawgs...
to much additives and like somebody said, its filled with sh*t
