Would it be ok to have a Pro/Fat meal about an hour before workout?

My pro/fat meal falls about an hr before work-out as well...I see no problems with it.

I always eat pro/fat an hour before workout. If I eat a pro/carb instead then I almost puke during workout (mainly on leg days).
Just make sure that you have eaten a pro/carb a few hours before workout so that you have energy available for your workout.
