egg whites and cheese

8 egg whites and some cheese melted on them.....toss some pepper on there as well.....

cutting or bulking? Diary from the cheese probably isnt the best for cutting. If you are bulking, I would eggwhite/cheese on

I use cheese daily while cutting as a fat source myself, so do with that as you wish.

just do what works for you bro, if you use some dairy while cutting and dont get as good results then stop, but if you are doing fine and losing fat at a good pace then dont worry about it. It all depends on the person. So do what works best for you, if your a first time cutter that id suggest using eggwhites/cheese for a while and adjust to how your body reacts. <---- Thats the key to successful dieting.

thanks guys....im not cutting for a show or anything, just for my own benefit...i dont wanna be SUPER tight...just enough to get down to around 7-8%.....i think egg whites and cheese would be a delicious meal...with some salsa....mmmmmmmmmmm

I'd throw some salt on her as well...fack..that would be my main course....

she rocks my boat too dude, brunettes, nothin like em. Blonde chicks just don't do it for me like brunettes or latinas do. She is hot as well as beautiful

the majority of blondes are nut jobs or have WAY to much baggage....its to hard to find a decent blonde...nice to look at yes...not nice to date....brunettes are the way to go....
