wow bro, im into week 1 and i dont know how much i have gained, because as an idiot i forgot to weigh, but i weighed 169.5lbs last wed, this wed i will weigh and see how much i have gained, but 10 lbs in 2 weeks sounds super impressive...

Damn good eating plan. I can't do that with work and all. Gotta subtitue protein shakes usually. But very impressive. Keep up the good work and don't give up when that plateau hits!!
arent you sick of flax? Personally, I need way more carb meals and some fats other than flax....peanuts, almonds....pb sandwhichs.....let loose...

i forgot to put in that i slam some noexplode(double dose) 1/2hr before workouts. alot of people hate the stuff, but i like it. it give's me some carbs b4 my workout. do you think even more carbs in meal 4 and drop the flax?Quote:

Interesting to note probably because of the long lay off from the gym, my initial testosterone levels rose dramatically, hard on all day basically..Sex drive through the roof. Since, has leveled off a bit. No AAS. :no:

Well instead of gear this is giving me hope. But I already eat 4900 cals a day, i posted diet, Iunno i could eat more I am always hungry.
eat more fatty foods they have a higher saitey feeling as they are slower digested and a yeild a much higher caloric value.. eat more peanuts/almonds/redmeats eggyolksQuote:

Dude, are you being serious? What does it matter in this thread if tai is lean or not? Obviously you are too worried about leanness if you count the cals in your gum! And you havent gained any weight in two weeks of bulking AFTER you have been marathon running for however long in your recent past. It seems like you are following certain people's posts and bashing them, and I am not bashing you here, but that can get old to some. Chill out, give your opinion, and don't worry too much about what everyone else is doing. Just some words of advice. Everyone responds diffferntly to various types of training and diet techniques, jsut keep that in mind.Quote:
