Damn good eating plan. I can't do that with work and all. Gotta subtitue protein shakes usually. But very impressive. Keep up the good work and don't give up when that plateau hits!!

arent you sick of flax? Personally, I need way more carb meals and some fats other than flax....peanuts, almonds....pb sandwhichs.....let loose...

I just hit the gym for the first time in years and am reporting serious gains as well. Ive been at it for the last month and half and am up approx 18.5lbs. Most of the gains LBM...my muscles literally look twice as big. Some fat around the midsection but Im an ectomorph so im not to worried. My weight gain has been steady. Gained 8.5 in the last two weeks alone. My diet is not as strict as yours, im consuming more calories in a day...My only concern is im gaining to much to fast and will have to slow it down because of fat gains, but so far so good.
Interesting to note probably because of the long lay off from the gym, my initial testosterone levels rose dramatically, hard on all day basically..Sex drive through the roof. Since, has leveled off a bit. No AAS.Last edited by URMaster; 02-03-2006 at 01:05 PM.

and preworkout vs post work out is HIGHLY debatable .. and infact a redundent argument anyways it takes for ever for glycogen to be replenished as well as depleted.. but pwo glycogen should be realitively low and if u busted ass like u should of cortisol will be rising thus you use high GI Carbs to induce insulin which is extremely anabolic /anticatabolic to prevent any catabolism of muscle mass pwo.
i have gaind NICELY on a LOW CARB DIET w/ only 3 carb meals a day 1st pc meal 4hrs before training pwo shake and ppwo meal.. others were all pro/fat which helped me stay really lean by making my body use its own fat for fuel in a pro/fat induce lipolytic state.
also the expediant weight gain is from water/glycogen/fat and the slow ass digesting fat accumatling in your intestines which is adding some nice weight. but anyways props for your solid gains and i like your diet.
dont over complicate things either just makes everything way more difficult than it should be. and up the fiber if possible

i was referring to him and his cal intake NEW_IN_THE_GAME as far as me being lean i suppose NOT great observation there but wat relevance dose my being lean have to this thread?
i was referring to his statement that... he could easily eat more and is not FULL on the alloted cals he is takin in..
thus this indicatess to me that his fat intake is too low.. fats are much denser and much more difficult to digest, taking longer time making him feel FULL.
dood YOU are drivin me nuts
