Cottage Cheese, What Kind?
i am adding cottage cheese to my bulk diet during some of my pro fat meals but i was wondering what kind u guys go with as far as the fat contents. they have a few different kinds.
2% milkfat, 4% milkfat, 1% milkfat. which one is recommended. just never knew there were these choices.
im bulking so i can afford the calories.
please help me out, thanks guys..

I buy low fat cottage cheese and eat it with carbs. Cottage cheese is traditionally a pretty low fat food. Usually I'll have like 1.5 cups oats and then a tub of cottage cheese for 51g pro and about 90g carbs.
