I'm new at this and I'm no nutrition expert so feel free to rip this apart and offer any suggestions as you see fit.
I'm 35/5'-9" 240 lbs 26-27 % bf. Goals are 12-15%bf 190-200 lbs(trying to cut bf and keep as much muscle as possible).
I currently hit weighs 5 days week (1 body part/day) cardio 5-7 days week no less than 30 min.
This is what I plan to eat.
Meal 1 5:30 am
oatmeal: Cal.160/fat 2g/pro 4g/ carb 33g
proshake (2scoops pro 4 ounces fat free milk) cal.285g/fat3g/pro50g/carb15g
Meal 2 8:30 am
Beef jerky cal.170/F 15g/P 6g/C 2g
Meal 3 11:30
Can tuna or salmon Cal.150/ F 1.5g/P 32g/C 0g
Meal 4 2:30
some type nuts (peanuts/Cashews) Cal.170/F 14g/ P 7g/C 5g
Meal 5 5:30 Pro Shake (pre workout)
Meal 6 7:00-7:30 Pro Shake (Post workout)
The pre/post workout shakes will consist of : 2 scoops pro Cal.410/4 ounces FF milk Cal. 45/ F 0g/ P 4g/C 7g
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Cal.95/F 8g/P 4g/C 4G
1Tbsp honey Cal. 30/ F 0g/P 0G/C 9G
Both shakes will be the same ingredients.
Meal 7 8:30-9:00
Chicken breast Cal.100/F .5g/P 23g/C 0 g
or
Salmon Fillet Cal. 272/F 10g/P 41g/C 0g
I'm guessing protein is to low and fat to high.
Any suggestions would b greatly appreciated.
