    need some idea's guy's

    need some help guy's.have been frying my egg white's in the morning for breakfast,but they just look and taste like a bit of rubber.can i add anything to them ? thank's

    salsa, franks red hot sauce, or sugar free ketchup works for me.

    All of the above taste great...salsa is my fav w/eggs, and you could sprinkle a lil' cheese & butter spray over them, tastes great. Also, make sure you don't overcook 'em 'cause that's what makes them rubbery.

    I hate overcooking eggs. You can also try some sugar free jam.

    i like salsa, you could also add some seasoning. A friend adds a little chive and onion and says he loves it.
