Tuna and cholesterol
I was reading my can of Tuna last night and it says there are 30mgs (small can) of Cholesterol in it. This seems like a lot to me. Do different foods with or witout cholesterol effect you hdl and ldl in different ways. I really want to know if this cholesterol in Tuna is going to hurt my cholesterol, I eat a lot of Tuna? THanks for the help.
