    Buy a food scale.

BTW....deli turkey is usually VERY high in sodium and fillers. Nix the deli meats and stick to whole foods.

Buy real turkey breasts or chicken breasts broil or bake them and dice them. Works great in eggs and salads. Little hint...do all of your cooking on Sunday and freeze your meals in tupperware...makes life a hell of lot simpler.

Why are you doing a keto diet? Are you competing? You will not gain muscle on that and you will look flat...thin maybe, but flat. I think it's about time I put in my .02 about this ultra low carb stuff.
