cheese with breakfast ?
for my breakfast i have 100g of oates,1 whey shake and 5 egg white's.would it be wise to add some cheese to my egg whites to make them taste any better.just asking because i know it's meant to be a pro/carb meal,but i'm on a bulking diet ?

Avoid combining fats and carbs in the same meals.
Since you are bulking a little bit of cheese won't effect you too badly.

I'd add some Part skim mozz, which is low fat. Or Kraft Fat Free Cheddar which by the way is pretty damn good.

sounds like a good idea. My newest discovery is the flavored "weight control" oatmeal. Cinnamon flavor 1 packet has 1g sugar and 7g protein. Pretty impressive. Sorry got a bit off topic..
