Hi I am in need of a good cutting diet before my test/deca cycle.
Stats: 5'9" 205 around 18% bf (guess). 25 y.o
I would like to include oats, omelettes, rice, chicken, and steak.
I take ON whey twice a day and ON casein before bed.
I work out 5 days a week off sat and wed.
any help would be appreciated.
