Anyone follow "Body Opus" diet to lean out?
Last summer I skimmed through Duchaine's book. For preseason, he recommended a ketogenic diet that was high in saturated fat and involved cycling over the course of a week. Most the week was depletion than I believe 2 days were the anabolic days with the higher cals/fat. Anyone try this momma?

it's a ckd. i've done them. not the best for me. might be great for you. duchaine has a timed carb load using liquids and then solids over 48 hours or so. it's difficult to do so the ckd is just as good.

His initial findings let to the creation of far better approaches.
He was a great resource for sure and the dieting world learned a lot from him.
