Low fat Cottage Cheese

haha eat this straight or what?

its recommended u eat it at bedtime with flax seed oil, to slow down protein absortion through out the night. i mix mine with trail mix or u can add a little bit of honey for sweetness.

I eat it straight and sometimes with Jelly.
