you can cut the lid off, and then press the lid into the tuna as hard as you can. that gets a lot of the water out. still tastes like ass though.

Thats what I do too, and rinse it a little with water. I never thought people didn't do that?

regardless of what i do...it always tastes like sht. you just gotta suck it up.

i drain it well. then just eat it outta the can. i take a bite then drink a few gulps and get it all down as quick as possible.

Does no one eat mayo with it? I just strain out the water..add some water..strain again, dump into a bowl and add mayo and Im good to go. Tastes fine.

I drop mine in a strainer.. and press all the liquid out... rinse.. and repeat

After this you can add flavour and toss it in the oven for a couple minutes... I'm not a fan of totally dry tuna tho.

You guys are a little nuts if you ask me. Dry tuna? might as well be eating sawdust. Im an ectomorph so my body processes food diffrently that most, but I always eat my tuna with mayo, pepper, lemon juice and dill weed. Yes, dill weed. A very underated spice in my opinion =)

toss some diced onions in there, some crushed red pepper and 1tbsp of low fat mayo, mix and eat. i tend to like some texture on the tuna so i can keep eatin it day to day.
