    dextrose malt ratio ?

    What do you guys use in PWO shake ? I am taking in 37 grams of protein so i want a total of 80g carbs. Now should i do a 50 50 split of each(dex and malt) ?



    i did search but didn't find ratio's used.

    hypotheticly yes you should but find what works for you best not all peole use the 2:1 ratio

    well i was wondering more about the seprate dext malt ratio. Not the total carb to protein ratio.
