what do you think of my diet ?
was just wondering what you guy,s think of my bulking diet.i am 23 year's old,6 ft 5inchs and 196 pound's.
MEAL 1 - BREAKFAST (PRO/CARB)
. 100g oates,8 egg white's,1 protein shake
MEAL 2 - (PRO/FAT)
. 2 tin's of tuna,70g of mayonnaise
MEAL 3 - (PRO/CARB)
. 100g wholeweat pasta,2 tin's of tuna
MEAL 4 - (PRO/FAT)
. 6 egg whites,30g mayonnaise
MEAL 5 - (PRO/CARB)
. 100g brown rice,1 large baked potato,230g grilled turkey
MEAL 6- POST WORKOUT (PRO/CARB)
. 40g whey protein
. 80g dextrose
MEAL 7- BEFORE BED (PRO/FAT)
.1 grilled steak,1 tub cottage cheese,1 teaspoon flax seed oil,30g peanut butter
i know i have still to do the maths,but was just wondering what you guy's think so far.thank's
