what do you think of my diet ?
was just wondering what you guy,s think of my bulking diet.i am 23 year's old,6 ft 5inchs and 196 pound's.
MEAL 1 - BREAKFAST (PRO/CARB)
. 100g oates,8 egg white's,1 protein shake
MEAL 2 - (PRO/FAT)
. 2 tin's of tuna,70g of mayonnaise
MEAL 3 - (PRO/CARB)
. 100g wholeweat pasta,2 tin's of tuna
MEAL 4 - (PRO/FAT)
. 6 egg whites,30g mayonnaise
MEAL 5 - (PRO/CARB)
. 100g brown rice,1 large baked potato,230g grilled turkey
MEAL 6- POST WORKOUT (PRO/CARB)
. 40g whey protein
. 80g dextrose
MEAL 7- BEFORE BED (PRO/FAT)
.1 grilled steak,1 tub cottage cheese,1 teaspoon flax seed oil,30g peanut butter
i know i have still to do the maths,but was just wondering what you guy's think so far.thank's

Dont be afraid of eating what you want when you want. We are ectomorph's, hard gainers. Most of the people on this sight follow a strict low fat diet because if they dont they'll be fat like marshmellow's! We are ecto's bro, our bodies are fat burning machines. Load up on callories, If your on the go alot like me, add a weight gainer shake in twice a day. Your diet looks pretty good though.

looks ok, id say maybe try adding another pro/carb meal rather than so many pro/fat, but thats just my opinion. And that seems like a lot of cottage cheese but i dont know since i dont know your body.
