Diet while on T3 and Test Prop

Could someone help me out with my diet? I will be taking T3 rampped up to 100mcg and then rampped back down and test prop @ 100mg EOD . Ill be running the T3 for 4 weeks and the test for 10 weeks. I Had shoulder surgery back in June and just recently got back in the gym. Im weighing 255lbs ,up from around 230 before the surgery. I seem to have retained a good amount of my muscle during my 6 month layoff. Im wanting to loose around 30 lbs. Ill be doing 30 to 45 mins of cardio along with moderate to heavy weight training. I was hopping someone could give me som help with getting my diet down while doing the above cycle(Cals,Carbs,Pro,Fats).

    Thanks

I'd say read the cutting sticky up top and make your diet. Whats your cycle experience? Stats? Etc....?

I'd definitely do as Giantz said and get the nutritional portion of your quest (the most important of course) set in place first. I'd not even think about exogenous substances until this is in place, and if it is, I don't see you needing them because you are just getting back into it.

good thinking bro.. also just some advice about the t3 also incase you use it sometime. its better to keep the dosages the same and also very low. 25mcg for a few weeks would work but as the big dogs said its all diet..
    my .02 cent
keep reading upon the diet .. ive done this recently and lifes been better ever since.

Actually ramping the t3 up and down is EXTREMELY important for proper thyiroid recovery...

Not really, ramping doen't do much. Ramping up is important to asses tolerance but ramping down does nothing in the way of recovery. Recovery begins once you completely stop using T3.

Thank-you... makes me happy to see people losing that age-old mentality.

Is it ok to have a low amount of carbs while on a T3/test prop cycle?

    Protein 414 grams / Fat 129 grams / Carbs 124 grams.

What would be the point of dieting then? Kind of cancels it out lol...

Just keep your protein intake high, and consistent throughout the day...

I have no idea... everyone's different... and what works for me, won't necessarily work for you... trial & error...
