I have taken about two years off from any lifting and I have gained a lot of weight in the process. I am 5'11" and 230 pounds at 22% bodyfat. I want to get my bodyfat around 12% before I start my bulking again. I have been back in the gym for the last few months to get back into the feel of it before I really start hitting it hard. I have read up a lot on cutting diets so I know the basics. I am just wondering if anyone can help me out with a diet plan.
