Pro/carb v.s Pro/fat Meal Before Bed
Which kind of meal is better before bed during a cut...
pro/carb
or pro/fat...
Generally speaking and why?

Most choose a protein/fat meal. For one the protein with the fat allows the protein to digest slower, giving you sustained release throughout the night. Other than that, it's more of an individual thing. Personally when I cut I try not to eat carbs for my last 3 meals, unless it's my pwo.

Pro/Fat by a landslide.
Carbs is your body natural source for energy. When it doesnt use it, what does it do? It stores it as fat.
