    Cheat Day Thread.....

    Can we have this? For a little Spice!

    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 egg / 3 eggwhites
    1 orange
    1 cup skim milk
    multivitamin
    3 blueberry pancakes (non-healthy, diner kind)
    3 krispy kremes (glazed, chocolate, glazed with chocolate)
    1 strawberry pop-tart
    2 brown sugar cinnamon pop-tarts
    (when i say pop tart i am referring to the whole package and not just one)
    10 low-fat oatmeal girl scout cookies (lol)
    1 cup skim milk
    1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich (whole wheat, natural peanut butter, sf jelly)
    1 peanut butter and banana sandwich (whole wheat, natural peanut butter, banana)
    1 california cheeseburger (homemade with 93% lean ground beef and fat free mayo
    2 potatoes (made these the fries...fried them in pan with olive oil)
    1 bag of cooler ranch doritos (99 cent bag)
    3 snack size vienna cremes cookie packs
    6 ounces of split chicken breast chicken (you know the tasty, not as healthy kind)
    1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich (decided to get naughty and make it the way mommy used to make it...skippy, white bread, and full sugar jam)
    1 whole stick of colby cheese

    I don't do cheat meals either, I do cheat days. I don't half ass anything. Either I'm cutting strict as hell with no **** ups or I'm breaking like there's no tommorow. If you're gonna get wet, might as well go swimming. Of course I only break once every three weeks or when I reach a specific goal. Usually every 10lbs. Going to the grocery store, I am literally a kid in a candy store. Very nice cheat day Kurz. I have 8lbs to go before I get to mine.

    I do find it funny though that you kept track of everything on your cheat day. You're brave. I won't even try to remember the shit I'm eating or depression hits. Then again, depression always hits the day after when I step on the scale.

    haha if I did that I would have gained 20lbs in 7 days. Im having trouble enoguh with a semi-clean diet

    last saturday I had(first cheat day on this diet that I started last monday).

    1 bags of potate chips
    alot of mixed candy
    a pizza
    lots of cupcakes and vanilla cream
    big load of french fries with dressing
    2 bars of chocolate

    Does anyone else get totaly obsessed about cheat days while cutting? when I cut cheat days turn into my sole reason for existing. I crave, long and cant wait to get around to a cheat day and eating all that food on the cheat day is almost orgasmic

    im with you johan....i became so obsessed w/cheat days that im pretty sure i ate more calories than i lost during the week! so im limiting myself to a cheat meal every 1-2 weeks. it sucks.

    I can't seem to get passed the guilt that comes with them. I'll cheat about every 2 or 3 weeks when cutting. Cheat days, not cheat meals And the whole time I'm cutting I'll think about all the stuff I'm gonna get for my cheat day. Then when the day arrives, I find myself standing in the candy isle looking at the bag of reese's pb cups hesitating. I feel like a broke sob looking at the collection plate at church full of hundred dollar bills. It's something I want really bad, but am not sure if the immediate satisfaction outweighs the consequences. But that's just me. Enjoy your break days johan. I wish that I too had no shame.

    isnt a cheat meal even worse than not cheating at all. If I cheat I have to go all out or not cheat at all. If I just eat a meal I would go absolutely nuts unless its a 6 hour all you can eat buffet.

    Just one meal would make me crave everything SO much worse.

    cheating is so regular during bulking, cutting is 100x easier......i just make mself sick of shit food........clean diet for 12+ weeks is CAKE....lol

    im trying to come up with something massive, something so impressive that it will have to make this thread sticky worthy. i duuno what it is yet. maybe the Ultimate Meet 'n Cheat with as many members as we can get together will put this thread on the map. or maybe some amazing single cheating feat, not necessarily done by me but im not ruling it out(this is my quest in life i do need to take responsibility, lol), will get us the recognition will so truly deserve.

    please if there are any ideas that you guys have, throw them in here. we must get this done by the end of the year or i am a failure at life.

    well you could aim to beat this. its my record

    2 liters of icecream(roughly 1,6kilograms and thats about 3,5 ibs)
    3 120gram cheeseburgers (almost one pound of meat)
    1kg of french fries (2,2 ibs)
    600 grams of potatoe chips( 1,4 ibs or so)
    several liters of coca cola (I guess roughly a gallon).
    mixed candy (I think it was around 1 pound or so).

    I puked that night cause my stomach couldnt handle it. I have never since been able to repeat that feat and neither do I wish to.

    8 breakfast tacos
    2 peanut butter jelly banna sandwiches
    shake
    workout
    X-larg reeses milkshake with triple stacker burger with fries
    1 medium pizza
    top it off with a quarts of ice cream



    i swear i gained about 8 pounds that day
