    what is meant by dirty bulk?

    can some one give me some examples of a dirty bulk? just wanting to know what sort of foods fall into this category

    Basically all foods that are high in saturated fats. I guess you can say that, if it tastes really good, its bad for you

    no a dirty bulk is not cheat meals all the time. yeah you can be more free as far as what you eat but youre not just trying to get fat. its still high in protein and carbs but a lot looser about eating fats and cabs at the same time.

    but at the same time dirty bulk is not a technical term so if u are living off of french fries and quarter pounders (the royale with cheese if you dont know what a pound is) and you think ur on a dirty bulk, then thats fine

    Cannot wait to start my first bulk although io intend to keep in within reason but i will enjoy an extra Chipotle from time to time...shit i have been saying this forever it seems...almost ready.
