Im trying to get 300 g of protein a day, sometimes thiis is hard. Is it ok to maintain a good diet and eat protein bars. I try to get ones like muscle tech, that have 4 grams of fat 2 grames of sat fat. Around 350 cals and 30 grams of protein. Are these ok to take maybe two times a day. im not trying to get fat. Also I sometimes throw in some milk with it for more protein. Sould I stay away from the bars or keep them comming?
