protein bars
Im trying to get 300 g of protein a day, sometimes thiis is hard. Is it ok to maintain a good diet and eat protein bars. I try to get ones like muscle tech, that have 4 grams of fat 2 grames of sat fat. Around 350 cals and 30 grams of protein. Are these ok to take maybe two times a day. im not trying to get fat. Also I sometimes throw in some milk with it for more protein. Sould I stay away from the bars or keep them comming?

Use a clean powder instead, bars are shit.

well that was weird/ I will be traveling alot, and I might be gone like two or three days, getting the cals and protein will be hard when out of state, that and I will be playing a sport burning cals. I just wanted to throw a couple a day in there for that.
