Still hungry while bulking?
Well recently, this past week, (week 3 of my bulking diet); i have cheated the wost, almost everynight. The reason for this is that after chowing down some tuna(which i have come to actually like) of some chicken during the day, i still seem hungry. The problem im having is my bf% is starting to rise because of the uncleanness but i cant eat enough during the day because my protein intake is already wayy to high. So just wondering some suggestions to keep my appetite from killing my (trying to be clean) bulking diet. My diet is posted on this page just scroll down to find it.

I used to get hungry between I just drink lots of water in between seems to help IMO

yep man..just eat more. For example yesterday..I ate 6,000 clean calories and Im fine..

Jesus, chest, 6000? you still cutting??
I feel like I'm gonna puke twice a day eating 4500 calories clean.
what do your macros break down to for a day like that?

wow, well what do u suggest, because 2 small cans of tuna and 2 pieces of bread just aint doin it for me at lunch...so evne if i have to then up my protein intake to get more filled and more calories?

dayem chest, thats looking solid Im gonna eat exactly that tom and Ill let you know how i feel... are you putting something down every 2hrs? or less cause if so thatd be 20 hrs of eating!

haha oh its less man...that day I was up from 815am to 2am so 16 hours I guess. I just tried to space in between the pro/fat and pro/carb meals
