    Diet Help Thread

    I just thought i would try this thread and see if it works...Lets make this one long thread of sample diets/tips/food profiles/and any other diet related info.

    Maybe we can make this a single thread to look on for short simple answers. Kind of an educational thread for newbies and those who need help.

    come on...im sure someone is having some trouble loosing those lat few pounds, or breaking that 200 lb barrier...

    Thumbs down a little help

    K right now i'm at 245 and i want to lose 20 pnds and dont want to take anything besides my whey protein I need to see if somebody has a goodworkout plan that they have that i could use that works i already have been running like 40 mins everymoring and working out for about 50 mins in the afternoon. A good diet plan will also be good

    First you should introduce yourself in the new members forum and then check out the stickies at the top of the diet forum

    Wow, what a warm welcome. He just wants alittle help the least you could do is point him the right direction. Because we all know you've known everything from the start and never needed help with anything before. Yeah make a stop at the workout and diet part of the forum lots of good info.
