Thread: Chicken Fajitas?

If you have to eat fajitas for dinner. Is the best thing to just eat the chicken by itself. No tortilla or cheese or anything? Is it healthy as in for non-fat, good protein? Thanks

Depends on whether yo are bulking or cutting. If you are bulking obviously the more calories the better as long as they are clean. If you are cutting the majority of your cabs should come Breakfast, PWO, and PPWO.

Eat the chicken with the tortilla or cheese, don't mix em up unless your bulking then have fun and EAT!
