Are these good to eat for a pre workout meal?
An hour and a half before I workout, I will have a one 8 oz. chicken breast with one of these complex carbs (brocolli, green beans, baked beans, asparagus, brown rice, spinach, or a sweet potato).
Are these good to have with my chicken breast for a pre workout meal to give me energy?

id only do brown rice or sweet potato (out of those) for energy pre wo

i my self cannot eat that BIG before a workout, but if you can take it down and not feel full when hittin the weight then go for it

Why would you only use the sweet potato and brown rice?
Why noth the veggies I listed?
