i did a recording thingy for a class at me university..
heres the stats.. and the returned info said im doing everything wrong LOL i hate standards
1st number is how much i consumed..
2nd number is what is RECCOMMENDED for my WEIGHT 288 as of today.

I am not suprised, most standards are retarded.
I am considered overweight by following the national standard guidelines. Do i look overweight in my avatar? 6'0 195lbs
There are to many variables to consider for there to be an accurate standard...now standard for regular walking around Joe Schmoe with no muscle..maybe its accurate, but obviously for us it is way off.

and i know 8k kCals is a buttload but i dont get the same growth that i do when i stay around 5-6k kCals.. i burn close to 1000cals in the morning just doing cardio AND CARDIO IS MANDATORY or i become a fuxin slug and very lethargic so i dont do it to be lean, i do it for health!

WHat is you am cardio like? Empty tank? Wouldnt it behoove you to nix the cardio, eat LESS, save your juice for training, and be leaner?
When you decide to cut, you're gonna be in trouble. This was my fear. You'll have to double the cardio output since your body is so used to cardio everyday............cardio really is 10% of the equation, so IMHO, doing it 3x a week max is great for the heart and all you need to get fat and water weight down!
