    Unhappy tais Nutritional break down :(

    i did a recording thingy for a class at me university..
    heres the stats.. and the returned info said im doing everything wrong LOL i hate standards
    1st number is how much i consumed..

    I am not suprised, most standards are retarded.

    I am considered overweight by following the national standard guidelines. Do i look overweight in my avatar? 6'0 195lbs

    There are to many variables to consider for there to be an accurate standard...now standard for regular walking around Joe Schmoe with no muscle..maybe its accurate, but obviously for us it is way off.

    wayyy too much fat and carbs IMO even if you are 288 and bulking. almost 300g of fat!????!

    both.. running about 4-5iu GH ED and 50-60mcg of igf as well as slin/prop/deca / soon i will start up on tren maybe 200mg ED and change my test from prop150mgED to TestE 300-400mg ED

    i dont have a gut yet so im happy

    thats what happens when u eat lots of steak eggs and peanut butter .. i dont grow very well unless i break 8k kCals and eating that much clean makes like about as fun as ball of sticks

    It's a lot.. but I don't think it's 'too much'

    When dieting my fat intake is like 150gr on some days.. and i'm 200 lbs.. not 292 like tai.

    Tai... you're obese.. the standards are right!

    rofl its handling it just fine im still running very low doses.. which are making me break out BADLY.. about 1gtest and 500mg deca /wk
    when i ramp it up im sure i will die but oh wel life is abuot trial and error right?

    anyways about the pics.. if i post the pics NO ONE will believe me i weight close to 3bills everyone be like oh maybe 270.. LOL so here it mr. Sane.. i need you to come train w/ me u kan watch me weigh my self and everything then u can vouch for me after i post pics..

    SAME FOR YOU NARKIE POO.. i will buy ur plane ticket after your semester ends if u bring me some nice metformin!

    yes the bloat is painful.. im between a rock and a hard place..

    and i know 8k kCals is a buttload but i dont get the same growth that i do when i stay around 5-6k kCals.. i burn close to 1000cals in the morning just doing cardio AND CARDIO IS MANDATORY or i become a fuxin slug and very lethargic so i dont do it to be lean, i do it for health!

    Then i easily burn another 1000cals lifting, then u factor in i hump my chick around 4-12times a day .. thats alot of calorie expenditure! and i burn atleast 500kCals trying to convience her to let me hump her. So all in all thats like 5k kCals right there just trying to SURVIVE!

    I would get a flight, just to train with you and have you call me a skinny bitch, you 300lbs freak! welp, almost 300lbs... WOW, a 300lbs thai boxer... rofl, that would be crazy... can you lift your leg anymore to kick, or is it just too heavy?!?! Hopefully by the end of my cycle, you'll only have 100lbs on meh!

    i kan still almost do the splits! but i have trouble tying my shoes
    and im ALOT SLOWER but since force = mass * speed shud hit just as hard! bout that as a fluffy bunny on roids!

    WHat is you am cardio like? Empty tank? Wouldnt it behoove you to nix the cardio, eat LESS, save your juice for training, and be leaner?

    When you decide to cut, you're gonna be in trouble. This was my fear. You'll have to double the cardio output since your body is so used to cardio everyday............cardio really is 10% of the equation, so IMHO, doing it 3x a week max is great for the heart and all you need to get fat and water weight down!

    first off low low intensity cardio does not TAP glycogen reserves, secondly it frees up fatty acids for fuel which is a very nice benefit .. kinda like a small free hit of GH to induce a nice lipolytic state, and finally it helps me w/ my stamina.
